Internet supported Remote Surveillance Systems
SeaSpy
Distributed systems as for example telecom networks, cellular radio, or submarine cable systems need intelligent and flexible measuring and monitoring technology for remote diagnosis and economic maintenance.
SeaSpy uses intelligent monitoring and measuring equipment located on remote sites as watch dogs. Measuring results, status information and alarms are reported straight forward to supervising stations informing the responsible personnel if an immediate service is needed. In addition, the surveillance system can be controlled by a central station which collects all information needed to guarantee high overall system availability.
Our modern remote surveillance systems can perform a great number of various tasks executed via a variety of transport channels including internet links. This excellent performance makes them to a main part of the quality management of the total network.

RemoteSpy
The system is designed in client/server architecture and works with a series of logically and topologically distributed resources. The system components are widely independent from each other and can be individually modified or upgraded. Management and engineering components can be operated in both ways separately or at the same time. An integral report designer creates reports by evaluating measuring result sequences according to defined criteria, e. g. depending on standards, customers or products.
The alarm management can be configured to generate a message automatically assigned to the process owner and/or project owner (e. g. by email).
