AQSD-XPS
Optional software extension for statistical analysis with Shield XP/AQSD series AQSD-XPS is an optional extension for Shield XP and AQSD-XP basic software used for analyzing and viewing measurement data in a higher order quality assurance module. The extension software provides various filter functions and statistical evaluations allowing extensive analysis of all important cable parameters as impedance and reflection. The figure below illustrates filtering of measurement results of assorted product groups using diverse criteria before applying statistical analysis.

AQSD-XPS is a helpful analysis tool providing the following functionality:

• Script controlled filter functions allowing automatic data evaluation according to diverse criteria
• Limit value generation (minimum, maximum, and mean value)
• Computing of variance of upper and lower limits
• Distance evaluation to a given limit value
• Showing on screen statistics during a measurement
• Calculation of error quota per cable type or cable group
• Calculation of standardized histograms
• Calculation of quality terms for valuation of current production
